Technical Analyst III / webMethods Administrator

**What youll be doing:**

+ Lead operational support for B2B Gateways & ESB in Enterprise Integration (EI) space.

+ Administration and Monitoring of webMethods suite of products.

+ Lead webMethods upgrades including other software products & tools in Enterprise Integration space.

+ Mentor junior support team member on various production support activities deployments, maintenance, create & maintain runbooks, troubleshooting techniques and root cause analysis.

+ Promptly respond to customers issues, vendors issues, incident tickets and communicate the status to stakeholders.

+ Independently troubleshoot complex production issue and identity the root cause & fix it.

+ Implement a change immediately to either correct a high priority incident (active P1/P2) after getting approval from Change Management team.

+ Lead SWAT call with Rapid Response & Recovery (RRR) Team.

+ Collaborate with EI Engineering team, EI Architecture team and other internal/external teams.

+ Adhere to Change Management process on Change Request (CR), Incident ticket and approval.

+ The ability to identify customer needs and deliver excellent operational support to internal or external customers and reduce High Priority Incidents (HPIs).

+ Operational expertise in Enterprise Integration (EI) space.

+ The ability to build partnerships & work collaboratively with the teams and cross functional teams to achieve team & shared objectives.

+ Demonstrate a commitment to creating an inclusive culture and strong team spirit to drive results independently.

+ New approaches to support operations, serve our customers and promote innovative ideas.

+ Competencies in oral & written communication skills, integration patterns, debugging skills, technical skills, problem-solving skills & analytic skills.

+ Expert in analysis & troubleshooting techniques.

+ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Qualifications :**

**Whats needed- Basic Qualifications**

+ 5 7 years of IT experience.

+ Minimum Bachelor's Degree.

+ Operational support experience on webMethods suite of products.

+ Experience on operating system AIX and Linux.

**Whats needed- Preferred Qualifications**

+ Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD.

+ Experience with Apache ActiveMQ.

+ Experience with Splunk search queries, dashboard & alerts.

+ Experience working with agile methodologies Scrum, Kanban & SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles.

+ Understanding of any public cloud release pipeline is a plus.

+ Azure fundamentals & any other public cloud fundamentals.

+ Understanding of No-SQL Couchbase database.

+ Knowledge of security tool CheckMarx and its report.

+ Knowledge of Spark, Kafka, OAuth2, Docker, Kubernetes.

+ Knowledge of Event-driven architecture.

+ Knowledge of open-source technologies.
