Position Description:
Position Purpose:
The Strategic Account Analyst will have responsibility for a portfolio of Salvage Customers. This includes, but is not limited to, customer strategic direction, P&L responsibility, development of new programs, gathering and acting on customer feedback, and helping to develop new customers. The Strategic Account Analyst is expected to have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to conduct operational meetings with all levels.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- 10% Account Development - Develop strategic direction with a focus on account development.
- 30% Expand Portfolio of Business - Relationship management with large and small vendors to expand current portfolio of business
- 50% Deploy Customer Solutions - Strategic Account Analyst will work closely with both vendor network and returns center team (RLC) to determine if there are gaps or issues that potentially impact recovery and address these issues either systemically or reviewing processes. Building out a better sales system for the vendor network to use based on vendor feedback and needs.
- 10% Review Customer Results and Identify Needs - Interact with customers to review results, identify needs and obtain buy-in/support for potential solutions that provide a higher level of customer service and increased opportunity

Environment:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
