**Job Summary**

Senior Systems Engineer

The candidate will perform Systems Engineering tasking in support of the Track Management organization including, but not limited to the Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) project. Provide a broad range of systems engineering activities to include requirements development, requirements review, review of pre-test predictions, and analysis of combat system test results, perform studies and participate in Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) and various Integrated Product teams (IPTs). Review technical artifacts including concept white papers, technical reports, requirements documents, specifications, change requests, design review packages and conduct analysis, assessments and reporting necessary to provide complete packages sufficient to support the CEC development, upgrading, and fielding efforts. Provide test and evaluation analysis support, and logistics, systems engineering and analysis support. Complete all other job related tasks as requested or assigned.

-A Bachelor degree in a related technical discipline (e.g., BSEE, BSCS) or equivalent in Computer Science or related field and 10-15 years of relevant work experience are required. To include at least five (5) years of specialized experience in one or more track management activities such as CEC, AEGIS Weapon Systems , Ship Self Defense System (SSDS), Product Line Architecture, and Tactical Data Links. Requires the ability to maintain a Secret level security clearance.

- Position may require travel.

- Experience with Naval combat systems, e.g., AEGIS and SSDS, including design, performance, analysis, military applications, or operational experience.

- Experience in the development of Naval combat systems, including definition, functional allocation, design development, testing, integration, and operational deployment.

- Working knowledge in the development of Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) products as well as other architectural representations of Track Management and link functions.

- Experience in the development of methodologies, models, or simulations for conducting engineering assessment to track management systems’ performance; performance data analysis, simulation/ development/ maintenance.

- Experience in the developing and assessing Capability Requirement Documents, Capability

Production Documents, System Engineering Plans, System Requirements Documents, System

Design Documents, Interface Design Documents and Specifications.

- The work requires an ability to articulate complex technical issues in a clear, concise, understandable manner in verbal and written formats, work productively in team environments, meet deadlines, and perform multiple tasks in parallel.

**Minimum Requirements**
