Position Description:
Position Purpose:

The Senior Manager, Paid Media Employment Marketing leads the paid media strategy for Talent Acquisition and manages a team of associates within the Talent Acquisition Marketing & Programs team who are responsible for executing and optimizing all paid media investments for The Home Depot’s talent attraction and recruitment marketing efforts.

This responsibility includes not only executing the previously agreed upon plans, but also requires a high level of critical thinking skills needed to build data-driven and location-specific solutions, with a focus on delivering ROI. A successful candidate must be a skilled partner and consultant with the ability to work cross functionally to provide effective solutions and communicate the paid media strategy and results. The ability to evaluate and synthesize data is a prerequisite for success given the complexity of the multiple data sources used in the decision-making processes. This role requires close partnership with internal teams including Talent Acquisition and HR leaders, HRIS, Field and Store Support leaders, as well as our media agency.

The Senior Manager, Paid Media Employment Marketing should be experienced in media buying and media strategy and talented at leveraging data and measures of ROI to develop and implement large strategic, creative and cross-functional efforts, that are built for scale. A successful candidate will exhibit a keen attention to detail, be a strong cross-functional partner, approach work with a passion for customer service and delivering high-quality results, and be committed to developing talent and helping their team members be successful and grow.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
20% - Assume a consultative role with TA, HR and business leaders to recommend marketing strategies designed to meet their overall and specific needs. Design and implement marketing plans to support internal staffing initiatives. Identify trends, data and critical factors that impact candidate flow. Leverage this data in determining appropriate recruiting sourcing strategies.

20% - Lead paid media strategy in support of the company's talent acquisition efforts, including managing the internal TA paid media team and the media agency of record. Lead and create talent attraction, engagement and internal/external marketing strategy to support overall staffing needs and initiatives designed to attract and retain talent and provide a best-in-class candidate experience.

20% - Manage vendor relationships in support of specific business area, as needed

20% - Leverage internal resources in Marketing and Corporate Communications & External Affairs departments to execute programs that are aligned with the company's brand strategy. Provide leadership to members of the Talent Acquisition Marketing & Programs team, helping them to deliver great work and continue to grow their careers at The Home Depot.

20% - Analyze ROI of marketing initiatives and provide clear and frequent reporting of results, recommendations and overarching strategy to internal stakeholders.

Nature and Scope:
This position reports to the Diretor, Talent Acquisition
This position has 2 direct reports.

Environmental Job Requirements:
1. Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
