Position Description:
Position Purpose:
The Sr. Business Analyst, Robotic Process Automation is a part of the Business Process Optimization team that utilizes UiPath to identify, optimize, and automate highly manual, repetitive processes throughout the Interconnected Merchandising organization. This role serves as a key member of the software development life cycle to ensure effective solutions are identified and developed that drive topline growth and/or cost out within the business.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholder teams to identify, vet, and gather requirements for merchandising processes deemed candidates for automation
  • Become a subject matter expert for each process throughout the requirements gathering processes, developing an in-depth, end-to-end understanding of business rules, applications used, and exceptions
  • Thoroughly document As-Is process flow and any required access requests for completion
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to design an optimized To-Be process by applying and articulating structure, processing efficiencies, and error handling
  • Create RPA user stories utilizing Monday.com with business rules and exception criteria, partnering closely with dev team to ensure on-time completion while minimizing blockers
  • Write and maintain queries for automation data acquisition and logging
  • Create, document, and monitor test cases for internal QA and stakeholder UAT
  • Act as business lead and main point of contact for automation best practices, troubleshooting, and maintenanceMajor Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
    • 10% - Attend Merchant meetings and identify and facilitate OMS requests as a result of thereof
    • 10% - Facilitate new program development as new programs and services are identified by Merchants
    • 30% - Develop process to drive product information as it is shown online. Participate in project teams to provide input regarding product data changes, item troubleshooting and attribute maintenance needed as a result of website or other business changes. Research data issues and errors and partner with IT and business partners to resolve. Coordinate integrated teams from one or more external agencies or functional organizations supporting managed initiatives
    • 30% - Manage relationship between Merchants and the website as it pertains to product introduction, maintenance, or enhancements. Learn and report on best practices, industry standards, and legal requirements associated with assigned category
    • 10% - Coordinate and ensure appropriate reporting is in place and identify any performance issues
    • 10% - Partner with internal and external organizations to identify training needs; be prepared to deliver training when/if needed
