**What youll be doing:**
+ **Translate business requirements into well-designed and documented software components based on Microsoft technologies (** **.** **NET, C#, SQL).**
+ **Estimate engineering effort, plan implementation, and rollout system changes.**
+ Work with engineers and other cross functional teams like Product Management, Project Management, Release Engineering, Quality Assurance, Operations teams etc. to develop innovative solutions that meet eCommerce market needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, realistic implementation schedules, and adherence to development goals and principles.
+ Lead eCommerce product initiatives, recommend improvements, mentor and guide junior team members.
+ Identify project risks and work effectively to mitigate them.
+ Find and help fix stability/scalability issues in a very time critical environment.
+ Work closely with the OMS subject matter expert for continued development and support of our OMS application using Uniface programming language.

**Whats needed- Basic Qualifications**
+ Masters degree
+ 4 to 6 years of enterprise-class .Net development experience.
+ Extremely fluent in .NET, MVC, C#, N-Tier development, SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), XML-based web services and REST approach with 3+ years of experience.
+ Fluent in MS SQL Server, DB architecture and design and SQL development with 3+ years of experience.
+ 4+ years of experience with modern UI technologies, JQuery, Javascript and Ajax frameworks.
+ Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and use of tools such as Jira, Jenkins, Bit Bucket.
**Whats needed- Preferred Qualifications**
+ Prior work experience in an agile environment
+ Has the ability to break down problems and estimate time for development tasks
+ Understands the technology landscape, up to date on current technology trends and new technology, brings new ideas to the team
+ Learns organization vision statement and decision-making framework. Able to understand how team and personal goals/objectives contribute to the organization vision
