**PositionDescription:** Develop, configure, administer, and automate
ServiceNow across the enterprise: CMDB (Configuration Management Database),
Discovery and Service Mapping, Change, Event, Incident, Knowledge, Problem,
Service Level Agreement, and Service Catalog. Maintain End-to-end ownership of
the ServiceNow platform, throughout development, configuration, administration,
and automation. Support and administer ServiceNow core modules: CMDB, Change,
Event, Incident, Knowledge, Problem, SLA, Service Catalog. Support and administer
ServiceNow HR modules, particularly Case and Knowledge. Partner closely with
ServiceNow vendor to deliver requested functionality to stakeholders. Create
and maintain all relevant SOPs (Standard Operational Procedures), ensuring they
are current, measurable, and scalable. Ensure successful and timely delivery of
all project components within area of responsibility following methodologies,
standards and strategies. Provide feedback to vendor for improvements for
performance, availability and scalability. Define and determine proper KPIs to
measure availability, performance, and quality of services across platforms.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow offerings, business processes and
practices to continually improve the platform and associated processes. Provide
management with analysis of current platform and systems processes. Proactively
make recommendations to management on opportunities to apply OOTB functionality
to improve business process. Adhere to Change Management process while ensuring
that all relevant SLAs are upheld. Provide input into the long-range strategic
plans which may include requirements for hardware, software, and/or technical
resources while protecting current investments. Communicate with the business
or other technology partners as it relates to these requirements.


**Required Experience/Skills** : Requires
a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a directly related field plus five
(5) years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow enterprise platform developer,
specifically developing Human Resources and IT Service Management modules.
Experience must include:

**Five (5)years in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently):**

+ Acting as a Service Now Administrator orDeveloper

+ Leveraging ServiceNow Admin/ImplementationSpecialist, Foundation, JavaScript and HTML knowledge;

+ Implementing general settings such as incident,problem, change, and SLA;

+ Developing and maintaining Change, Incident andProblem Management applications, including Business rules, Script Includes, UIScript, Client Script, UI Policy, workflows, Assignment rules, SLA`s, views,email notifications and templates;

+ Supporting ServiceNow Service Catalog andRequested Items related artifacts;

+ Developing ServiceNow custom applicationsusing: Dictionary, Record Producers, Business Rules, Client Script, UI Script,UI Policy, ACLs, Reports, and Dashboards;

**Three(3) in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently):**

+ Configuration Management Database;

+ ServiceNow Portal configuration includingticketing system for Retail line of business;

+ Service Catalog configuration, for example,creating service requests for multiple stakeholders such as App teams, HR, andIncident Management team;

+ Creating dashboards for different teamsincident priorities and performance analytics; and

+ Creating and updating: Order Guides, CatalogItems, Record Producers, Requested Items, Tasks, Email templates, Inboundactions, Business rules, Script Includes, UI Script, Client Script, UI Policy,Data Imports and Transformation Maps.

In lieu
of degree, employer will accept eight (8) years of hands-on experience as a
ServiceNow enterprise platform developer, specifically developing Human
Resources and IT Service Management modules.
