Position Purpose:

The Service Provider Capacity Manager will be responsible for HDE/HDI service provider recruitment in high priority and out of stock locations while managing install capacity demand to increase pipeline conversion and reduce cycle times. Collaboration with stakeholders in Services Operations including Sourcing, Onboarding, Assimilation, and Compliance, other cross-functional teams, and our field leaders is to key to ensure a quick and seamless service provider onboarding process. This position will also help identify gaps and opportunities with our training materials and reporting tools to improve the end to end capacity recruiting process.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
75% - Proactively recruiting and qualifying appropriate and licensed service providers targeting high priority, out-of stock locations. Work closely with HDE/HDI leadership team to drive desired behaviors and positive results.

20% - Help develop and reinforce recruiting skills and standards with install leaders through education, observation, mentorship and motivation.

5% - Identify gaps and opportunities to enhance training materials and field reporting tools.

This position reports to the Director, Field Execution

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel more than 50% of the time.
