Senior Manager, Workforce Analytics

**Position Summary:**



The Senior Manager of Workforce Analytics is a visionary who gets excited about using data insights to drive HR related business decisions at all levels. The right candidate thrives on blazing new paths in employee related research, developing models that serves business needs, and helping HR maximize the companys investment in people. Your role will be to lead a small team that will weave together talent-related data to tell a cohesive story about the organizations we support and where we need to invest and arm our stakeholders with the data they need to make strategic decisions.



**Key Responsibilities:**



+ Analyze key employee data for (e.g., employee engagement surveys/platforms, turnover stats, compensation structures) to improve employee retention, engagement, effectiveness, and a more diverse workforce along with driving better business outcomes (e.g. higher revenue, greater cost savings, new business opportunities)

+ Provide talent analytics thought leadership by evaluating effectiveness of investments in the talent lifecycle (e.g., sourcing and interviewing candidates, new hire orientation, training, managing attrition, compensation, performance management, etc.)

+ Partner with the executive team, HR Business Partners, Recruiting, HR Communications, Compensation, Benefits, and other functions to understand and deliver on their data needs: from standard reporting to executive level analysis and recommendations

+ Work with HRLT and other key stakeholders to develop a strategy to attract, retain and develop the best talent for the business

+ Partner with Talent Management team on data driven approach to program design and implementation

+ Strengthen data literacy among HR practitioners through training and coaching on metrics use/interpretation



**Qualifications**

**Professional Experience/Qualifications Required:**



+ 8-10 years of business intelligence, data mining or OD work at a leadership level

+ Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, I/O Psychology or related field. Ph.D. degree strongly preferred.

+ Proven experience in developing a strategy and driving tangible results in an ambiguous environment while leveraging data from a multitude of sources to tell a story and impact the overarching strategy.

+ Excellent communication skills and a passion for working across functions and with c-level leaders, synthesizing multiple points of view and owning a coherent action plan, all while negotiating and influencing others.

+ Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to mine and interpret data to identify high level trends and form options for action needed in a business setting.

+ Strong customer service focus with a sense of urgency and excellent follow through.

+ Ability to work autonomously and lead large scale projects in fast paced matrix organizations; comfortable working in Agile project delivery

+ Excellent executive presentation skills: ability to present actionable information from complex research

+ Strong and recent experience in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, Excel)
