The FBS Sr. Manager, Order to Cash Business Process is a role that will support THD in building up the next generation of Financial Business Services. This person has a great strategic mindset, being able to create, communicate and guide the process and the team to a world-class future state. The individual in this role has solid knowledge in how to consolidate, improve and transform Order to Cash into a highly automated and analytical process. The FBS Sr. Manager, Order to Cash Business Process will support the Director, Order to Cash FBS Process Owner to execute on strategies and delivery of transformational and innovative projects. This role will bring an entrepreneurial spirit by looking deeply into the process, identifying improvement and transformational activities and challenge the teams to try new ways of working and innovative tools like RPA, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. This may include standardizing or automating process steps, harmonizing data for consistent processing and reporting, identify and implementing new tools to improve accuracy, efficiency, and overall service delivery.
