The FBS Sr. Manager, Order to Cash Business Process is a role that will support THD in building up the next generation of Financial Business Services. This person has a great strategic mindset, being able to create, communicate and guide the process and the team to a world-class future state. The individual in this role has solid knowledge in how to consolidate, improve and transform Order to Cash into a highly automated and analytical process.

The FBS Sr. Manager, Order to Cash Business Process will support the Director, Order to Cash FBS Process Owner to execute on strategies and delivery of transformational and innovative projects.  This role will bring an entrepreneurial spirit by looking deeply into the process, identifying improvement and transformational activities and challenge the teams to try new ways of working and innovative tools like RPA, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. This may include standardizing or automating process steps, harmonizing data for consistent processing and reporting, identify and implementing new tools to improve accuracy, efficiency, and overall service delivery.  This role will lead transformational projects and support the planning, execution and allocation of resources needed to run the project

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

Strategy Mindset (30%)

• Continuously aims to create shareholder value by proposing and supporting transformational ideas and projects.
• Ensure that the future state process design is suitable to meet both short term and long-term expectations.  
• Lead root-cause analysis for identifying sustainable solutions and improvements across the process.

  Continuous Improvements & Controls (30%)

  • Lead the continuous improvement of FBS processes.         
  • Works closely with controls and compliance teams.

    People Management & Team Leadership (20%)             

    • Provides leadership, mentorship and coaching to team
    • Manages the different team members with respect for all people, coaching them for bringing up the strengths and skills that will set a successful group of highly motivated and strong performers.
    • Take care of our people by closely working with the FBS Team Leader, looking constantly to allocate in the best possible way the activities across the process and directly impacting in quality work-life balance for the team.

      Collaboration (20%)

      • Build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, collaborating with experts of multidisciplinary teams for identifying enhancement opportunities by having a holistic view of the process.
      • Collaborates with business partners to align on objectives and expectations and ensure project teams deliver against them.

        Nature and Scope

        • This position reports to the Director, Order to Cash FBS Process Owner and have dotted line to some other senior leaders.
        • Typically requires overnight travel 0-10% of the time.
