This position is responsible for the overall direction of Tool Rental, Parts & Repair, and several Repair & Liquidation centers. The Sr. Director will be expected to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to deliver business results for multi-channel businesses. They will also be expected to engage key stakeholders in the development, execution, and evaluation of business plans and initiatives. They will lead a large team and be expected to remove obstacles by providing clarity of vision, prioritizing resources, facilitating alignment of the team, setting high expectations and inspire commitment.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- 40%: Develop and create strategies and aligned with organizational goals. Implements programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit
- 30%: Provides direction and structure for teams by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, and objectives.
- 30%: Selects and maintains qualified associates in all positions. Provide mentoring and guidance to subordinates and other associates.
Nature and Scope:- This position reports to the Vice President, Tool Rental
- Accountable for the management of a department or functional group through subordinate supervisors/managers and for all personnel issues, including selection, termination, performance appraisal and professional development of subordinates.
Environmental Job Requirements:
Environment:- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel:- Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
