POSITION PURPOSE
The Sr. Designer of Online Banner Advertising is responsible for concept development and the execution of OLA creative deliverables including IAB standards and rich media units for mobile and desktop. These responsibilities include creating and communicating concepts, implementing promotional/marketing strategies and developing interactive design solutions. Reporting to Manager,Online Art Direction, the Sr. Designer Online Banner Advertising, will work with Project Managers, a Creative team of designers, Copywriters and Developers. Balancing creative thinking with solid leadership skills, this associate will work with the team to successfully translate concepts to visual expression.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• 30% Responsible for developing and communicating industry-leading creative concepts while balancing strategic development with online business objectives
• 20% Provide creative direction to creative team and 3rd party vendors and/or specialists
• 20% Mentor and coach team members through project development and performance management
• 20% Build and maintain relationships with developers, Project Manages, partner agencies, photographers and other vendors and contribute to the development of the Online Banner Advertising creative evolution and quality standards
• 10% Help provide quality assurance for all creative deliverables

  Located in a comfortable indoor area. 
   
  Travel:
  Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
