Position Description:

The Senior Analyst, CRM Insights is responsible for leading enterprise level CRM measurement, reporting and insights. As the principle driver of our measurement strategy, this person works cross-functionally to coordinate efforts and ensure success. The Senior Analyst CRM will interpret and report on internal and external data, as well as present impactful and actionable findings to leadership and stakeholders. The Senior Analyst CRM will help implement a measurement framework across all CRM programs and channels that ensures we are managing to the right performance KPIs and are gaining a better understanding of our impact on customer behavior. The Senior Analyst will need to see through the vast amount of data we have at our disposal and identify signals in the noise to find conclusions. This person should be precise and pay great attention to detail, as they evaluate numbers, trends and come to conclusions based on findings. This person is responsible for leading other team or organizational members in education about measurement, best practices and education, while helping build a CRM insights practice. This practice includes standards for reporting, tracking implementation, as well as working closely with our data and technology team in maintaining the underlying reporting data infrastructure.

  • Measurement and reporting of CRM overall, individual programs, and cross-channel initiatives
  • Standardizing of tracking processes and reporting
  • Supporting the development and automation of our reporting data infrastructure
  • Discovering innovative ways to enhance our intelligence by integrating new data and insights sourcesMAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
    • 15%-Develop and maintain editorial calendar & segmentation matrices (any and all required documentation)
    • 25%-Work with agency and creative PMs to ensure creative and strategy alignment and manage POs for vendor product services
    • 20%-Oversee execution and measure ROI of assigned CRM life cycle management programs
    • 10%-Tracks KPIs for measuring success against organizational objectives
    • 20%-Contribute to strategy development based on analytical results and competitive tracking of CRM programs
    • 10%-Manage execution of ad-hoc projects as neededNATURE AND SCOPE
      Position reports to Manager/Senior Manager CRM with dotted line reporting to Manager, Agile Marketing.


      Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

      Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
