MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
45% - Facilitates Improvement Processes:
- Agent of change: takes feedback from the teams and work with stakeholders to implement positive, meaningful changes to processes with an eye toward continuous improvement
45% - Facilitate Agile Ceremonies:
- Prepares for and facilitates Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint review meetings, retrospectives meetings, and other related meetings
- Supports Product Owner ensuring the product backlog is properly refined
- Updates agile tracking systems to provide transparency on Product & Sprint Backlogs
- Removes impediments to the team’s ability to perform by working closely with Product Managers/Owners/Development and support organizations. Solve problems throughout the life of the project and tries to resolve problems during the design and planning phase
10% - Metrics Reporting:
- Tracks and communicates metrics such as team velocity and sprint/release progress regularly
