Position Description:
POSITION PURPOSE
The RSR Administrator Repair Sales and Resolution role provides quality professional customer service that consistently meets or exceeds Company standards of excellence and customer expectations and performs tasks associated with the function of The Home Depot's repair business. The position is directly responsible reviewing warranty claim denials, direct contact with vendor partners, and efficiently handling escalations from repair customers. Position is also directly responsible for meeting and/or exceeding warranty, call quality, and various related department goals.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
45%- Customer interaction involving inbound customer concerns and their resolution. 
45%- Reviewing warranty claims with OEM's to recover warranty revenue. 
10%- Special projects and other activities as assigned by leadership.

NATURE AND SCOPE
Reports to a Supervisor, Repair Center. 
This position has no direct reports.

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Environment: 
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Travel: 
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
