Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolution for any issues associated with IT hardware, WMS and YMS Applications among other IT Systems Issues within the RLC.  IT hardware includes RF Scan Units, PC’s, laptops, printer, etc.  Work in operations is a plus.

This position requires the ability to sit, stand and frequently move about the warehouse.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Hardware

*     Ability to troubleshoot and resolve various types of hardware used in the operation

*     Ability to troubleshoot or project manage the HD Help desk or third-party providers

*     Ability to take charge of or repair/upgrade the various types of hardware

Warehouse Management System (HDR)

*     Super User

*     Location Management – create, block, and remove physical and virtual locations

*     Administer HDR – add/remove users, user permissions, etc.

*     Troubleshoot HDR issues – Ensure data integrity and proper product flow

*     Knowledge of DBMS – Provide guidance and direction to Operations Team

Communication

*     Ability to communicate problems effectively

*     Can speak to all audiences – IT and end users

*     Skill in data analysis techniques in resolving missing/incomplete information inconsistencies/anomalies in more complex research data

Physical Requirements
Most of the time is spent sitting in the same position or standing/walking.  There is some requirement to lift or handle material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds)

Travel
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time
