**Job Summary**

AECOM is seeking a

**Real Property Community Planner** for an anticipated position supporting a construction effort in the country of Jordan. The incumbent will manage personal property transfers, establish/refine procedures for all phases of personal property management including receipt, control, disbursement, and sale of property, oversee warehouse operations, develop and implement an equipment management information system, and establish an inspection, maintenance and repair capability for stored or leased equipment. Provide Real Property and Community Planning services for a DoD installation.

**The work location for this position is on the MUWAFFAQ-SALTI Air Base (MSAB) in Jordan.**

Essential Responsibilities:

+ Certify currently published AFI's for Real Property Programs have bene read and understood.

+ Provide management assistance, planning, development, organizational, administrative, and coordination services for all base real property programs

+ Manages warehousing functions including receipt, storage, and disbursement of property.

+ Arranges for alterations to, or maintenance, upkeep, or reconditioning of possessed personal property. Develops and enforces lessee's agreements for maintenance and upkeep of leased equipment.

+ Purchases supplies and equipment for use on leased properties.

+ Assist in management of all space utilization requests and issues.

+ Continually maintain space use and changes to space use.

+ Manager of all installation and applicable off base real property accountability records by ensuring that accounts and records are reviewed and updated on a monthly basis.

+ Provide community planning services.

+ Review, and coordinate document preparation, implementation, and maintenance of the Base Master Plan (BMP).


**Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelor's degree with minimum of 5 years of related experience in inventory and warehouse management;


+ High School diploma with minimum of 13 years of related experience in inventory and warehouse management

+ Must possess WMGT 424 Real Property Management Course certificate of completion or equivalent.

+ Must have USAF Real Property experience and an understanding of ACES-RP software.

+ Candidate must be able to review proposed facility siting locations and alternatives for compatibility with BMP elements (e.g., noise, airfield and airspace criteria, explosives quantity distance criteria, aircraft accident potential, flood hazards, soil control, and natural resources protection, etc.).

+ DoD Real Property (DD Form 1354) experience necessary.

+ Knowledgeable in the Airfield Waiver Program IAW UFC 3-260-01- Airfield Waiver Obstruction Tool (AWOT) system.

+ Proficient in Airfield and Heliport Planning and Design.

+ Familiar with Airfield Obstruction Reduction Initiative (AORI) database.

+ Working knowledge of MS Office and database management software is required.

+ Must thrive in a fast paced team environment.

+ Able to effectively present information to top management is a must.

+ Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions is critical.

+ Position requires minimum of Secret Clearance and the ability to maintain it.

+ Due to nature of the work, candidate must be a US Citizen.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Five (5) years of supervisory experience;

+ Community planning or general planning experience for DoD installations is preferred.
