**Description**

The Staples North American Delivery [NAD]
segment, focusing on B2B customers, is looking to hire a Project Manager Prospect
Desk who will successfully lead project work to benefit the Prospect Desk
process & team. This role will report directly to the Sr. Manager NAD Prospect
Desk, within the Sales Operations department.













He/she will be tasked with coordinating multiple project
initiatives. They will lead initiatives forward both from within the Sales
Operations function & cross-functionally. They will create & maintain team
roadmaps as well as individual project plans. They will interface
with various areas of the business to identify additional opportunities. They
will review & react to Sales feedback to iterate and improve the capabilities
of the Prospect Desk team. The candidate will strongly influence, drive and impact the
results of the Staples business development sales organization by helping to lead,
evolve and improve the Leads Desk function.













Prospect Desk is a growing team that has shown to drive revenue
growth for our acquisition roles. This role is going to lead the expansion of
the teams scope into our category business units to unlock new sources for revenue
generation.













**Responsibilities**










+ Role will be responsible for guidance and leadership ofProspect Desk projects. This includes the initial co-creation of projectplans and close partnership with our business development salesforce toensure proper execution and strategic alignment.


+ Role will be the primary contact for the B2B communityrelative to data integration, prospect scoring, and rep prioritization.


+ Role will seek to automate and streamline processeswith a goal of reducing field effort when prospecting.


+ Play a significant role in expanding the Prospect Deskfunction & increasing team capabilities.


+ Maintain an up-to date inventory of Prospect Deskprojects & roadmaps.


+ Drive completion of various cross-functional projectsto benefit our Sales teams.


+ Independently lead project meetings.


+ Serve as SME for Prospect Desk function.


+ Provide insight & influence the strategic directionof Prospect Desk.


+ Participate in discussions to influence seniormanagement on business decisions surrounding enhancements.


+ Continuous advocacy for the needs our Sales leaders& other project stakeholders.


+ Internal customer interactions will interact on aregular basis with the SBA Sales Ops, Marketing, SDS/Technology, andStrategy teams.


+ Will be responsible for communicating with senior levelsales customers (RSDs, RVPs, VPs) regarding project updates & progress.


+ Support or team with analysiswhen needed to ensure timely delivery of projects or spread of work load

**Qualifications**

**Education/Experience/Requirements:**



+ Bachelorsdegree in related field.

+ Minimum3-5 years experience in sales enablement & support, projectmanagement, supporting technology solutions and/or sales operations.

+ StrongProject Management knowledge with the capability to independently develop roadmaps& project plans.

+ Demonstratedexcellence in project team communications.

+ Demonstratedexcellence in leading and influencing cross-functional teams.

+ Attentionto detail & analytical mindset.

+ Salesforce.comexperience a plus.

+ Projectmanagement certification a plus.
