**Job Summary**

_AECOM is actively seeking a_ _Program Support Analyst_ _to_ _provide Business and Financial Management support. The position will be located at 300 M St SE Wash DC 20003._

**_Essential Responsibilities:_** _Please list what the candidate will be doing in this position_

1. _Provide direct support to the Acoustic Systems Towed Array Program Office._

2. _Participate in and/or coordinate meetings on matters pertaining to PMS4011 financial/contract management or execution._

3. _Develop and maintain fiscal year spend plans._

4. _Provide business and financial administration support including briefing development, word processing, and spreadsheet management._

5. _Provide analytical and evaluative services to assess trends affecting cost estimates, projected schedules, and financial execution._

6. _Monitor program execution by appropriation and performer and prepare analyses and reports; develop spreadsheets, and routine program analyses; maintain tracking databases, and generate reports and documentation as directed;_

7. _Track Towed Array historical costs._

8. _Provide Contract Management Support including preparation of procurement requests and funding request forms and maintenance of contract funding totals._

9. _Interface with program office personnel, Navy field activity personnel, and contractors in budget and finance, acquisition, engineering, and logistics functional areas for issue resolution and planning._

**Minimum Requirements**

+ _Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field_

+ _7 years of job related experience or equivalent_

+ _Good written communication skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work_

+ _Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook)._

+ _An active Government Security Clearance at the SECRET level._

+ _Professional knowledge and technical expertise with the Navy's Programming, Planning, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES)._

+ _Professional knowledge pertaining to Defense procurement and administrative processes._

+ _Position may require 5% travel._

+ _Good interpersonal team communication and collaboration skills._

+ _Ability to solicit and coordinate input across functional areas._

+ _Good organizational, time management, and task prioritization skills._

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ _Familiarity with the FAR and DFARS._

+ _Proficiency in utilizing Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP); Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) and associated subsystems and the Standard Procurement Systems._

+ _Professional knowledge of Defense contracting and acquisition procedures including cost, incentive, and fixed price contracting and cost sharing arrangements._
