Product Manager III

**What youll be doing:**

+ **Manages activities relating to the design and development of software or hardware products and qualification or re-qualification of new and existing products.**

+ **Works with stakeholders to define the product vision and effectively communicate the vision to the team and stakeholders**

+ **Owns the team or program backlog and implementation**

+ **Defines iterations and user stories**

+ **Ensures each iteration delivers working software and each release is a minimally viable set of features**

+ **Leads in the adoption and maturing of agile practices across the SAFe Train**

+ **Works with a cross-functional team to ensure fulfilment of product requirements, evaluates product performance and transition products from development.**

+ **Assists in determining product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases, feature and maintenance releases and regular corrective service or service pack releases.**

+ **Acts as a technical consultant to the product organization and leads research and prototyping of innovative technologies and products.**

+ **Ensures the technology and architectural roadmap of engineering is properly aligned with and supports the product/business road map.**

+ **Acts as a customer liaison on technical issues related to product integration, custom development, and requirements.**

+ **Leads major releases and ensure feature enhancements respond to customer requests.**

+ **Responsible for product delivery managing schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development.**

+ **Handles complex issues and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.**

+ Enables clear, concise, and effective reporting and communication flow across product and technical teams

+ Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to more junior associates.

**Whats needed- Basic Qualifications**

+ **Bachelors degree or 5+ years of related work experience.**

+ **Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.**

+ **Ability to foster teamwork.**

+ **Oral and written communication skills.**

+ **Ability to build collaborative relationships.**

+ **Problem-solving skills.**

+ **Analytical thinking skills.**

+ **Project management skills.**

+ MS Office suite proficiency; excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

**Whats needed- Preferred Qualifications**

+ Experience with both Agile and Scrum processes from a Product owner perspective

+ **Knowledge of B2B / B2C ecommerce, industry trends, and technologies**

+ **Customer-centric orientation with proven track-record of developing and acting on customer insights**

+ **A passion for empathizing with the customer and improving the user experience**

+ **Strong interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to persuasively present ideas and recommendations to senior management**

+ **Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and usability testing**

+ **Strong strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to break down complex problems and formulate plans**

+ **Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities with demonstrated track record of strong execution and experience partnering with technical teams to deliver results.**
