Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- 25% Complete in-store Gemba walks to observe current state processes, complete process maps, and document process opportunities within run-the-business and strategic initiatives
- 25% Partner with key stakeholders to design, test, and iterate through solutions
- 20% Utilize analytics to provide insight, interpret results, or recommend decisions
- 10% Synthesize results and findings through PowerPoint and stakeholder presentations
- 10% Participate in Agile ways of working, including sprint planning and demos
- 10% Partner with IT, UX, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions to the field
Nature and Scope:
- Typically reports to Manager Process Engineering
- No direct responsibility for supervising others.
Environment:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
