Position Description:
Position Purpose:
This position serves as the Tableau & Salesforce Reporting Pro CRM Data Analyst within The Home Depot Pro CRM organization. Responsible for creating and maintaining Tableau dashboards within the Pro CRM experience, this role will collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure a positive Pro CRM user experience. Additionally, this role will be responsible for ad hoc analysis & QA prior to deployment.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
40% - Subject matter expert for all Tableau reporting within the CRM experiences both mobile and desktop. Learn and understand integrated CRM processes by building strong relationships with cross functional partners.
20% - Provide analytical support by way of writing code to extract data from EDW, creating visualizations and ad hoc analysis.
20% - Responsible for ensuring deliverables and projects are met or exceeded. Validations in QA or UAT environments on products deployed within sprint.
20% - Ability to build presentations and deliver to a wide variety of stakeholders. Ability to create end user training content and knowledge transfer documents for balanced team. Nature and Scope:
