You will drive results for key metrics within Print Solutions by selling and providing a total print and marketing solution for customers. **Provide strong leadership in community, customer service, and team development.**

+ Ensure that the store culture embodies Staples values and its commitment to the community

+ Partner with store leadership and other teams to share customers and build relationships

+ Empower the Production Lead and Supervisor to train and coach the team to work together to drive customer satisfaction, sales, and total solutions

**Play a leadership role in** **helping your store, your people and your customer win.**

+ Drive sales and dollars per transaction by focusing on developing top customers. Leverage Salesforce as a tool to actively manage these top customers through in-store engagement and proactive outreach

+ Manage and grow your book of business, develop relationships and grow share of wallet

+ Grow your customer base through in-store interactions to become their go-to print and marketing partner

+ Partner internally to balance in-store workload and customer demands. Share customer insights between books of business

+ Ask open ended questions to offer customers appropriate options and deliver a total print solution for their needs

+ Perform quality checks on completed orders for all managed accounts and top store customers


**Essential skills and experience:**

+ 2+ years leading and coaching a team in a customer-centric, solutions-based environment

+ Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues throughout the production process

+ Experience overcoming objections; engaging, listening and speaking to customers; closing the sale

+ Strong communication and organizational skills

+ High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelors Degree preferred)

+ Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, stand and walk continuously and visit local businesses

+ Staples does not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position

**Preferred skills and experience:**

+ Experience in selling to small businesses in a retail or service environment
