The Master Trainer schedules, manages, and delivers enterprise-wide learning events through various methods including distance learning technologies and leader-led events. The Master Trainer partners with the Learning Development team and functions as a subject matter expert to create and update training courses focused on the operational needs of our Kitchen Designers. The Master Trainer may serve as a project lead for Learning projects or ad-hoc webinar requests and is responsible for the planning, organizing, and controlling of those projects. The Kitchen Master Trainer must have a strong background working with the 20-20 Kitchen Design software application. The Master Trainer must be a self-starter, detail oriented, able to support multiple projects and/or Logistics business functions, possesses excellent communication skills, work well with a team, interact with multiple levels and function with the organization. 
Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

• 60% Facilitation of training and development programs by utilizing virtual instruction and/or live leader led classes
• 30% Performing administrative duties including calendar planning, responding to field questions, conducting peer reviews, and other duties as needed
• 10% Partnering with the learning development team to serve as a subject matter expert in the creation of training materials and/or serving as project lead
