Position Description:
Position Purpose:
This position is responsible for leading the Store Operations components of the workforce system integration. This involves providing program management and governance of key workstreams throughout the project lifecycle. This role will need to gain a thorough understanding of the system itself, as well as the business needs related to that system. They will need to be a thought leader representing Store Operations, providing guidance on capabilities and needs that support the business for both current and future state.
To be successful in this role, the manager will need to maintain strong working relationships with key business partners, including helping prioritize business requirements, collaborating on solutions, and emphasizing open communication. This manager will need to be detail oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. They should be an excellent communicator, comfortable with presenting to all levels of the organization.
