POSITION PURPOSE
Support Treasury leadership with corporate finance analysis and capital markets execution. Responsibilities include providing analytical support related to capital structure, capital allocation, shareholder returns (e.g., dividends, share repurchases), WACC, financing strategies, financial risk management, investment management, and other corporate finance topics. Responsibilities also include execution of capital markets activities, (e.g., daily investments, issuing CP, issuing term debt, repurchasing stock, derivatives/hedges), cash flow forecasting, and regular Treasury reporting. Activities include working with internal and external (e.g., investment banks, credit rating agencies) partners to perform market research, benchmarking, financial strategy evaluation, and preparation of BOD presentations.  The Manager is expected to utilize relationship management skills with banks and rating agencies.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• 25%- Provide analytical and administrative support for analyzing capital structure strategy and managing debt/credit portfolios.
• 25%- Manage financial forecasting processes, cash investment portfolio, and global cash management
• 25%- Provide analytical and administrative support for FX and interest rates hedging. Manage daily cash management activities, controls, projects, and bank relationships.
• 25%- Provide analysis of financial instruments, transactions, strategies, and/or companies. Providing investment management and general economic consulting advice to internal business partners.

    ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
    Environment:
    Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
    Travel:
    Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
