Position Description:
POSITION PURPOSE
The Manager of Learning Execution (LEM) for Leadership Development is responsible for the successful planning, communication, and execution of learning and development solutions designed to increase the quality of leadership behaviors at all levels, from front-line supervisors to the C-Suite.  The LEM provides project management oversight to leadership development projects, programs, and processes with the goal of creating a simple and effective learning experience across a complex and diverse set of learners. Working collaboratively with business, HR, and Learning partners, the LEM creates broad, scalable approaches to execute learning solutions. The LEM uses strong technical and analytical skills to forecast training demand, manage program execution, monitor budget and expenses for programs, and report on program/project effectiveness. The successful candidate will have outstanding attention to detail, deep project management experience, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

50% - Create and manage efficient internal processes to drive optimum program participation and execution
25% - Serve as primary point of contact and support for client groups
25% - Ensure a relevant, seamless, and impactful participant experience

This position reports to Director, Learning Strategy.

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

Environment:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.


ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.

Years of Relevant Work Experience:
4 years

Physical Requirements:

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Learning & Development, Human Resource Development or related field
• Experience in Learning and Development or related industry
Project Management experience with large, complex projects
