  Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
  40%Reviewing incoming training projects from merchants and SSC functional groups
  20%Review and design realistic project plans
  20%Manage the relationship between vendors, merchants, funcitional groups and 3rd party production crews
  10%Must be able to influence across a large cross section of management and functional groups to ensure learning deliverables are successfully completed.
  10%Assess training effectiveness by reviewing level 1 evaluation data and making changes based on feedback
  
  Nature and Scope:
  Typically reports to a Sr Manager
  Accountable for direct supervision of the work activities of others. In addition to personnel issues -- including selection, termination, performance appraisal and professional development of subordinates.
  
  Environmental Job Requirements:
  Environment: Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
  Travel: Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
