**Position Summary**







Manage Crediting and Transaction models in Anaplan, responsible for change management & field dispute resolution of crediting & transaction function. Manage a team of compensation analyst specialized in Anaplan. Administer LOB plans. Share tenant admin, workspace admin and user maintenance responsibilities with peers. Work closely with Sr. Management on strategic planning of the Application.







**Key Responsibilities:**










+ Manage Crediting and Transaction models in Anaplan


+ Manage team of compensation analysts specialized in Anaplan


+ Key partner in Compensation Plan Strategy development with Sr. Leadership


+ Responsible for change management of crediting & transactional models in Anaplan


+ Partner with Manager, Business systems on defining Anaplan change requirements and partnering on the implementation cycle


+ Support transactional adjustments in Anaplan during Monthly close


+ Support compensation strategy team, by providing transaction or crediting related data sets


+ Support in-take training and communication of the LOB compensation plan changes


+ Administer and pay Line of business (LOB - Specialized in Facilities, Print, Furniture & Technology teams) on the Anaplan platform


+ Act as Escalation point of contact for commission requests & disputes. Support commission expense forecast for LOB plans


+ Ensure the direct reports comply with SLA and SOX requirements


+ Share tenant admin, workspace admin and user maintenance responsibilities with peers








**Innovation and Change**










+ Collaborate with peers and Sr. Leadership on process improvements supporting SLA and SOX compliance


+ Identify areas of operational efficiency and translate into process and/or system changes.


+ Consistent focus on migrating Access and Excel based processes into the Anaplan platform


+ Continually look for system efficiency in the commission execution process.


+ Responsible for User Accepted Testing process and quality of implemented products








**Communication**










+ Organize Daily scrum meetings within the team


+ Participate in Weekly Key Stake holder meetings


+ Provide audit reporting on Monthly commission review meetings


+ Ensure team engagement in user acceptance testing and training


+ Provide reporting on monthly credit/transaction model variance/tie-out reports, commission requests, commission expense related metrics








**People Leadership**










+ Manage a team of 2-5 Compensation analysts


+ Develop Subject Matter Experts in LOB comp plans, crediting & transaction functions


+ Conduct full performance appraisals. Coach and support direct reports with individual development plan


+ Develop personalized Quarterly objectives and support them to achieve the goals


+ Identify and provide training of the direct reports








**Business Strategy**










+ Work with Sr. Manager SBA Sales Admin to continually improve operational efficiency and Sales Experience.


+ upport the overall strategy to Move Legacy plans into Anaplan.








**Key Performance Indicators**










+ Ensure timely and successful closure on commission Requests


+ Ensure timely and accurate commission payments


+ Delivery on the Compensation Plan Strategy and Roadmap


+ Increased utilization of Anaplan platform












**Qualifications**

**Education and Experience**










+ Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science/Accounting/Finance or related fields


+ 5 years of relevant Professional Experience








**Professional Certification**










+ Certified Anaplan Model Builder








**Professional Experience**










+ Prior Sales Compensation Enterprise Application Experience








**Other Skills**










+ High level of curiosity for and a logical approach to problem solving utilizing large data sets.


+ Proven ability to take large complex data sets and turn them into actionable information


+ Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with Business Unit, Finance partners, and Senior Leadership


+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail required


+ Advanced presentation skills for educating internal business partners on emerging


+ Exceptional planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work


+ Proficient with Office 365, Microsoft Excel & Access
