**Job Summary**

AECOM has an exciting opportunity in Afghanistan on the EAGLE contract for a **Man Hour Utilization (MHU) Analyst** . The Analyst Manages the supervision of allocated personnel resources.Contractual and corporate compliance of work performed.

Ensure the accurate input of daily labor hours in accordance with the regulatory requirement.Provide oversight and analysis over Daily Man Hour procedures, substitution schedules,Leadership MHU Roles and Responsibilities, reviewing monthly MHU schedules and random surveillance of the Daily Man Hour process.Planning, organization and execution or all property accountability and asset visibility activities.Schedules and monitors operations.Providing direction and guidance as required.

Individual training / certification programs.Implementation and maintenance of corporate initiatives.Maintains quality systems corporate values and ethics.Individual performance goals, and reviews.Inventory preparations, conduct, documentation, and reporting.Required to gain access to GCSS-A, IGC, FedMall, and LIW.Provides analysis, and technical assistance.

Generates GCSS-A reports as required.Prepares detailed reports, presentations, flow charts, decisions trees and any other Lean Six Sigma tool to show processes and trends.Analyzes reports on maintenance schedules, performance, requirements and trends, maintenance and ClassIX supply statuses.Compliance with all properly authenticated directives within established guidelines.

Operates and maintains tactical and non-tactical equipment.Ensure strict compliance to safety practices and support the AC FIRST Safety Policies and Procedures.Instills a safety first mentality within respective work areas and a culture that achieves low accident rates and minimal lost-time injuries.Adhere to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions in support of the AC FIRST Quality Management System.Duties may vary dependent on assigned department.Performs other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Requirements**

.

+ Must have 6 years of related experience in maintenance supervisory positions.

+ US Army MOS 91 series preferred or civilian equivalent required work experience may be substituted for

+ educational requirements and/or educational achievements may be substituted for years of experience.

+ In depth knowledge of US Army logistics programs, concepts, methodologies, and relationships pertaining to

+ supply / hand receipt management / maintenance accountability and logistics operations

+ Knowledgeable and highly skilled in the use and operation of Global Combat Support System- Arm y

+ (GCSS-A).

+ Experience as Senior Logistician is desired.

+ Global Combat Support System- Army (GCSS-A).

+ Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW ) Capabilities such as:

+ Logistics Integrated Data Base (LIDB).

+ Integrated Logistic Analysis Program (ILAP).

+ Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS)/FEDLOG.

+ Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project, SharePoint, and other software programs

+ to assist with special projects, process business unit invoices, and other compliance programs.

+ Must have the English language speaking ability to speak the language with sufficient structural accuracy and

+ vocabulary to participate effectively in most formal and informal conversations on practical, social, and

+ professional topics. Must be able to read standard newspaper items addressed to the general reader, routine

+ correspondence, reports, and technical materials in the individual's special field.

+ Must have demonstrated leadership and management skills, including a professional demeanor.

+ Must be able to pass Supervisor and GCSS-A specific Skill PQS within 30 days of hire and as required

+ throughout period of employment.

+ Must be able to work effectively with all levels of employees including top, middle and supervisory levels of

+ management.

+ Must be able to exercise discretion and good judgment with an ability to understand the effects of decisions to

+ the company overall.

+ Knowledgeable in Field and Sustainment maintenance processes.

+ Must be able to handle confidential company and employee information with complete discretion. k)

+ Must be able to prioritize responsibilities in order to handle a demanding workload.

+ Must have strong analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyze data. m)

+ Must be able to prepare and deliver PowerPoint presentations.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Bachelors degree preferred.
