**Job Summary**

Perform full range of administrative support to China and HK Legal Department.

Assisting in corporate secretarial duties.

Administering AECOM Legal and Compliance systems.

**Minimum Requirements**

Working experience including experience working either as a paralegal or legal secretary in a law firm or in an in-house legal team is a plus.

Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, possess strong attention to details, and be able to work as a good team player with positive service attitude.

Embrace a fast-paced working environment and able to cope with changes and react immediately to instructions and ability to multi-task.

Mature and pleasant, with good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a part of a team.

Flexible on coverage areas – as this person needs to pick up new things as the team and business areas grow.

Robust knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and PPT.

**Preferred Qualifications**

Legal education or knowledge would be a plus.
