**Job Posting Title** : Inside Sales Account Manager - Quill (Hybrid schedule)



**Start Date** : Monday June 20th, 2022



**Wage** : Competitive hourly wage plus uncapped monthly commission



_This position has a hybrid schedule (with the exception of up to 2 weeks of onsite training, M-TH). You must have the ability to work 3 days in office (Tues/ Thurs and your day of choice), 2 days working from home._



**NO evenings and weekends!!**



**About the Job:**


Conduct outbound lead calling in accordance with the program and department sales strategies. Be the main point of contact for our managed customers with focus on increasing net sales, gross profit, and consolidation from other vendors. Promote customer retention by building a relationship with existing customers to educate them on the benefits of using Quill.com as a primary supplier. Provide an outstanding customer experience and represent Quill.com in a positive and professional manner.



**What you'll be doing:**


Manage existing customer accounts to drive sales and achieve program goals


Consistently meet or exceed productivity metrics and goals


Build and develop internal and external business relationships


Make outbound sales calls to grow customer base


Educate our customers on our products, programs, and consolidation opportunities


Administrative work to support your bids or program design and other duties as needed



**Qualifications :**



**Whats needed - Basic Qualifications:**


6 months to 1 year prior sales experience preferred



**Whats needed - Preferred Qualifications:**


Basic use of Microsoft Office


Friendly and confident phone presence and natural rapport building


An assertive personality, high energy level and resilient character


A high level of integrity in all business dealings


Strong time management and organization skills
