Position Description:

POSITION PURPOSE
The HRSC Process Analyst will be responsible for process development, documentation and work flow for the HR Service Center. The Process Analyst will support HRSC initiatives and work closely with business partners to drive completion of key project deliverables. Understanding of the HR Shared Services business model including both field and contact center process and how they interact.
Common responsibilities include defining and mapping HR Processes, develop functional requirements to meet business objectives to include tech/telephony/call handling/escalation protocol and make recommendation on time-line for comprehensive mapping. Develop ST/MT/LT plan of action to address process deficiencies and gaps - ensure 'quick wins' match operational priorities.
This position shares responsibility with the Process Leadership team for the successful delivery of HRSC projects as well as overall process design.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
40%- Utilize strategic thinking to see the big picture, determine the problem and understand fundamental parts of the problem. Identify process, project risk and mitigate accordingly. Facilitate process work flow modeling.
30%- Prepare and deliver insights and recommendations based on analysis, extract reports and provide high level review of data. Synthesize findings from analysis and make written/verbal recommendations to Sr. Leadership. Ability to draw conclusions from internal/external data.
20%- Facilitate workout problem solving sessions with multiple groups of people, to include HR business liaison's to validate business case study for new requests to support system/process requests for use in the prioritization process
10%- Ensures that all systems and process impacts are identified and transitioned to Change Management (CM), Training and knowledge base (KB) teams in a timely manner
NATURE AND SCOPE
Reports to SR Manager HR Services.
This position has no direct reports.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Environment:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
