**This position is required to be in the office in Framingham, MA at least 1 day/week with flexiblity to come in more as needed.

What youll be doing:

+ Support Records Retention services for Staples including, coordinating the tracking and submission of records into the document management system and conducting quality assurance audits to ensure accuracy. Research missing documents, and coordinate records retention projects as they arise.

+ Complete Employment Verifications for current and prior associates.

+ Respond to subpoena and associate file requests.

+ Complete electronic I-9s for all home office associates and support the I9 process for the company.

+ Complete various audits and mailings for HR Services.

+ Process HR transactions into PeopleSoft.

+ Complete audits and special tasks, projects and assignments on an as-needed basis, as requested by team leadership.

+ Process offer requisitions for retail ensuring wage guidelines are followed and obtain the proper approvals if outside guidelines.

+ Coordinate interview scheduling for candidates including assigning virtual or in person meetings demonstrating outstanding planning, organization, prioritization, calendar and space management, and a sense of urgency to staff open positions.

+ Create offer letters using our HR systems and obtaining the necessary approvals ensuring all information is accurate and all supporting documentation is provided.

+ Work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition staff to manage workload and priorities around interview scheduling and offer letters.

**Qualifications :**

**Whats needed- Basic Qualifications:**

+ High School Diploma with 1+ years related experience.

+ Previous administrative experience.

+ Experience in a customer service or other relevant customer facing role.

+ Comfortable working with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook (or other calendar management systems).

+ Strong written and verbal skills.

+ High sense of urgency required with the ability to work in fast paced, confidential, time sensitive environment.

+ Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.

+ Ability to multi-task and work on many different activities, while consistently meeting deadlines.

+ Ability to work professionally with all levels of management and handle difficult situations with sensitivity.

Whats needed- Preferred Qualifications:

+ Prior HR experience and knowledge of HR preferred
