A family Farmington, Pennsylvania are seeking a full time experienced Housekeeper to assist in the daily cleaning, care, and service of their properties. You will be working alongside two other housekeepers. The ideal candidate should be extremely detail-oriented, have strong knowledge of deep cleaning services in addition to primary housekeeping duties, and a proactive attitude towards keeping the properties in pristine order. Besides comprehensive housekeeping duties, the candidate will be able to assist in the overall running of the household, answering the door and receiving packages as well as keeping inventories up to date. Experience with the slack app and Google docs is a plus.
Responsibilities/Duties
Cleans the main house, guests houses, and other nearby properties
Ability to clean with proficiency in special surfaces (wood, glass, leather, antiques, silver, etc.)
Organizes personal items and closets as directed
Handles dry cleaning needs
Laundry and ironing
Inventories, orders, and stocks the laundry room, medications, and pantry with all needed equipment and supplies per guidelines provided
Changes bedding and make beds as directed.
Replenishes supplies such as drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies, and bathroom items
Gathers and empties trash bins
Cleans furniture and fixtures as directed while using only approved products
Dust furniture, walls, machinery, and equipment
Carries linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies, among other things as required
Washes dishes and cleans the kitchen
Willingness to run routine errands such as dry cleaners, groceries, etc.
All other housekeeping tasks as requested

Thorough knowledge of deep household cleaning, laundry, and organization
Preferred Experience
Minimum of 2+ years of Housekeeping experience in a Private Home
Required Qualifications
Legally able to work in the United States
Must be willing to submit to a background check: criminal/financial
Willing to participate in random and pre-employment drug testing
Valid Driver’s License
Flexibility in scheduling with the willingness to work additional hours as needed
