**Job Summary**

AECOM is seeking to hire a Head of Asset Management, this role is flexible in location.

Clients are increasingly managing their design, operation and maintenance using AM frameworks and complex analytical approaches (optimisation, resilience etc). Developing business with an AM front-end will allow AECOM to enter our client’s delivery chain at an earlier and higher level and provide the platform for whole-life services from our established teams. There is also an opportunity to grow headcount significantly in this higher margin area and lead the service.

The Head of Asset Management is a new role reporting to the Strategic Services Director, Water Ports & Power UK&I. It provides a recognised thought-leader who provides gravitas and credibility to AECOM’s position within a business consultancy environment which supports infrastructure development.

Job Duties

This hire will operate across the UKI end markets, opening up opportunities for staff growth outside of water and ultimately heading a larger virtual AM service line with a base in our Civil Infrastructure End Market. We focus quickly on the hire’s media profile with targeted campaigns which build on our current Asset Management roundtable series.

Specific Skills Required (Hiring manager completion required, mandatory)

+ An established profile in this market, ideally in a client or similar business environment.
