POSITION PURPOSE

Our ecommerce team is hiring a passionate and proven visionary with front end development experience to help lead our AB Testing strategy. As part of the AB Testing team, you will be responsible for collaborating with UX Designers, Developers, and other Stakeholders to help drive the direction of user experience on our mobile and web products through testing and proving out different web experiences within Adobe Target.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Category Experience, the UX Designer Developer will be responsible for delivering and executing on tests, presenting out results to stakeholders including senior leadership, and helping drive strategic vision through testing. The UX Designer and Developer will ensure we deliver on business and customer requirements that enhances our digital experiences and products, meets business goals, and strenghthens our Home Depot differentiation strategies.

Adobe Target experience is not required, but the candidate must have front end development experience in order to code out tests.   

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

10%- Discovery - Identify the problems, users, systems and the business drivers

10%- Definition - Turn raw data into insights. Analyze and frame the data into actionable recommendations.

65%- Design - Synthesize insights into concepts and metaphors. Inspire the organization through well-executed visioning.

15%- Delivery - Craft deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, sketches as appropriate to effectively communicate your designs with stakeholders from engineering to business leadership

NATURE AND SCOPE

This position reports to a UX Manager. This position has no direct reports.
