Position Purpose:

This position will be responsible for business support and administration of the ongoing operation of the BlackLine tool, including journal entries, account reconciliations, match sets, variance analysis, and financial close tasks.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

• Documents system processes, and training the end-user/providing support as needed.
• Analyze systems and business processes, assists with cost-benefit analysis, and manages to workplans to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Creates management reporting, project status updates, graphs and charts of developed data and ad-hoc reports.
  Develops and delivers adequate communication to provide for proper integration across departments, systems and platforms.
• Performs economic and financial research and analyzes internal and external issues related to sales, gross margin, rate of return, working capital, investment, financial performance, and other financial metrics.
• Gathers and correlates basic information using established and defined financial procedure

  Nature and Scope:
  Typically reports to Reports to a Manager of Finance or a Senior Financial Analyst.
  
  No direct responsibility for supervising others.
  
  Environmental Job Requirements:

  1. Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
  
  

  Travel:
