Position Description:
Position Purpose:
The Director, Pro Digital Experience position owns and operates critical channels within the overall Pro digital experience. The Director is responsible for defining the value-based business roadmap to deliver key business outcomes (sales, engagement, retention) through improving the experience that Pro customers have with The Home Depot’s digital touchpoints. The Director is a true advocate for our Pros and B2B customers, delivering innovative solutions for engagement and conversion across multiple platforms. In line with that, this position will be responsible for growing both revenue and profitability of sales through customer-facing digital channels, which are in turn harmonized across all touchpoints for our Pros.

The Director, Pro Digital Experience will drive the development of digital business strategy and targeted goals and outcomes, leading the definition and prioritization of new features and functionality; maximizing usability; directing the digital communications strategy; and increasing engagement and sales. The Director will direct work based on a demonstrated understanding of prioritized customer needs and value. The Director will articulate and drive delivery against business needs across multiple teams, platforms and roadmaps to ensure timely achievement of goals. The Director will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure consistent delivery of experiences across all customer touchpoints for our Pros and B2B customers. Lastly, the Director will be responsible for operations across several critical digital channels, necessary to driving the best, growing experience for our Pro customers.Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
40%-Leads business development and implementation of strategic initiatives to ensure seamless integration between HD Pro Operations, Interline Brands businesses, Home Depot stores and customers; includes, but not limited to, quantifying and prioritizing capabilities/enhancements, measuring and monitoring key performance indicators

40%-Lead and manage integration projects to ensure they are on schedule, deliverables are met, and adjustments are made in accordance with business needs.

20%-Build relationships across the organization with key stakeholders to all relevant opportunities are identified and create organizational alignment around implementation

Environmental Job Requirements:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time.
