**Job Summary**

AECOM Digital Project Delivery (DPD) team are technology specialists working to embed our leading edge approach to data management for clients, optimise the performance and reliability of their asset portfolio and digitise their asset management strategy all underpinned by digital technologies. The team also works to improve the capability, capacity and efficiency of our delivery teams implementing digital processes across EMIA to meet these requirements.


**Digital Information Specialist** role is a unique and world class opportunity to grow your career in AECOM’s EMIA digital technology team working with industry leading experts. The role will bring lots of opportunity and variety in Information Management function supporting some of the world’s largest engineering projects.

Working alongside team members you will support infrastructure projects to setup, manage and deliver information to our high profile Clients. We are looking for individuals with lots of enthusiasm, energy, interests in transformation, bring new ideas, excited with innovating and learning new and advancing technologies.

Ideally you will have worked in project delivery understand how typical projects work and the importance of elements such as information quality and compliance with respect to clients requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Work with DPD team across EMIA to support our business with project information management requirements.

* Mobilise New Projects.

* Provide technology support and advice to project stakeholders, promoting better information management.

* Support our business to develop and document standard methodologies.

* Keep up to date with advances in digital technologies that are leveraged in the infrastructure industry.

* Develop knowledge share documentation and multimedia content that supports upskilling of EMIA wide stakeholders

* Evangelize to our business the benefits of better information management

* Willing to travel within the Europe, Middle East, India and Africa business.

* Relationship management: Able to develop rapport with others.

**Minimum Requirements**

To be successful in this role we are looking for the following;

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be highly approachable and confident. You will have ability to write and deliver clear and concise technical and training content.

You will be able to handle pressure situations with a cool head. A logical and systematic approach to solving problems (including people, process and technology). You will communicate effectively and know when to reach out to colleagues for advice and input.

Importantly you will have the determination to see issues through to a successful resolution ensuring our project teams are able to collaborate, manage project data and deliver projects successfully.

* Discipline design experience

* Experience of Information Management software.

* Experienced with Microsoft Excel and some of its advanced functions.

* Experience in Civil Infrastructure projects.

* Experience with common infrastructure design technologies preferred.

* Proven ability to write clear, concise documentation.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Self-motivated and proven ability to work unsupervised to deliver requirements.

* Minimum HNC Civil Engineering or similar related

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Third level qualification, more technical experience, e.g. HND, BTEC
