The Cybersecurity Staff Analyst – Controls Monitoring, will be the subject matter expert for identifying, understanding, analyzing and providing insights on control compliance and effectiveness across all technologies leveraged by The Home Depot. This role requires strong data skills including the ability to extract and load data between sources, analysis of datasets to understand relevance to control processes. This role collaborates with a wide range of teams and requires strong communication and relationship skills. The Staff Analyst will also be responsible for mentoring and assisting other analysts on the team.

For Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City residents: The pay range for this position is between $120K and $210K.  Starting salary may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. The Home Depot offers additional competitive financial and non-financial benefits, which may include a performance-based bonus program or a profit sharing program depending on position.
