**Primary Responsibilities:**
Support the instructional designers in their execution of a strict QA process, to ensure proper content functionality and a positive end user experience in the LMS
Work with the instructional designers to ensure the accurate completion, and submission of all posting forms associated with the release of all training content on to Talent Track
Ensure proper cataloging, durations and taxonomy of all eLearning content in the course catalog, and uploading of all documents to the Knowledge Bank
Manage the proper availability setting in Talent Track to accommodate access to the end user, and to support the needs of the business
Work with the business and L&D teams to define, build and maintain custom groups associated with availability and content proxy
Manage the configuration and QA process for the ongoing deployment of CSODs Universal profile functionality based on Complex business and management requirements
Work with Talent Management to ensure that Performance and Succession tasks are configured to ensure a positive experience for users and management
Manage the configuration and QA process to support the businesses performance management and succession planning processes, including forms sections, templates, talent pools, IDPs, goals and competencies
Create and share custom reporting and dashboards that provide the appropriate and timely information to support management and HR in complex business analysis and decisions
Manage the configuration, deployment and QA process for CSODs Connect Communities to include: learning and common communities, cohorts and member permissions
Analyze and report service ticket trends to work toward reducing the number of tickets submitted and recognizing immediate or future needs to address any negative impacts to the QA process or end user experience
Leverage both industry and CSODs best practices when partnering with the business lead and partners in the configuration of the platform
**Qualifications :**
**Required Qualifications:**
3 to 5 years of experience with configuration management within Cornerstones SaaS suite
Basic HTML coding knowledge
Knowledge of SCORM and AICC standards and QA practices
Demonstrated technical and functional proficiency with Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Suite and Performance Suite (including Succession Management in a SaaS environment
Broad knowledge of systems and functions, including development, implementation, user support and training, maintenance, and system testing and evaluation.
Proficiency managing multiple configuration projects within designated timelines
Ability to provide strategic advice and guidance that results in highly effective solutions
