We use customer data and analytics to help us understand and improve our customers experiences, drive customer retention and encourage brand loyalty. Our team is diverse, with skillsets and responsibilities ranging from graphic design, content creation and performance marketing to internal communications and loyalty & rewards programs. We work together to provide expertise and guidance, so that the Staples brand is well represented in all areas.



**What youll be doing:**



**Reporting to the Director of Market Strategy & Planning, this position requires strategic planning across each of our channel businesses to identify performance trends and opportunities for growth.**



+ **Build channel relationships to secure goals and identify future growth opportunities**

+ **Establish cadence of engagement with our channel partners to share insights, best practices and uncover opportunities for growth**

+ **Build channel relationships to secure goals and identify future growth opportunities.**

+ **Leverage best practices for driving OWN brands sales through NAD channels to assist channel partners such as Quill, Canada, HiTouch, USR to grow their Product Brand portfolios by increasing sales and profitability.**

+ **Analyze performance data and research market trends to identify areas in which our channel businesses can grow with our OWN Brands solutions**

+ **Counsel our channel partners on planning for growth through their OWN Brands offerings.**

+ **Identify channel deviations from plans or strategic shifts that materially impact business strategy and decision making**

+ **Establish new processes for engaging with our channel partners on behalf of the Product Brands organization.**

+ **Comes up with useful ideas that are better or unique.**

+ **Applies diverse experience and perspectives to get results.**

+ **Develops a long term vision for how we partner with our channels by leveraging best practices from prior experience.**

+ **Works cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives.**

+ **Develop relationships within the Product Brands organization to remain informed on strategic priorities, product development, and merchandising goals.**

**Qualifications :**

+ **5-7 years of related work experience**

+ **Proficient with MS Office**
