Position Description:

Position Purpose:

The Home Depot Home Services is looking for a results-driven Associate Affiliate Manager with hands-on experience in affiliate program building and management to lead this marketing channel. The Associate Affiliate Manager is responsible for overseeing, leveraging and maintaining publisher relationships to generate leads, appointments, and sales for the installation and services line of business. They will be responsible for strategy, audits, reporting, setup and ongoing partner management of affiliate campaigns and are directly responsible for ensuring the successful execution of that strategy.

We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and highly detailed Associate Affiliate Manager. This person will provide thought-leadership to the affiliate channel while cultivating relationships, on-boarding lead generation partners, scaling the program, and negotiating strategic cost-per-acquisition opportunities.

The Associate Affiliate Manager will:

  • Manage daily operations of the affiliate marketing channel – strategy building and execution, platform setup and management, budget forecasting and planning, affiliate recruitment, program optimizations, and performance measurement/reporting.
  • Participate in building and presenting the channel performance presentations and business reviews to internal and external stakeholders
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including merchandising, core marketing, and IT to understand business objectives and establish joint goals.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize channel results by interpreting standard and custom reports.
  • Optimize for various KPIs with the goal of maximizing lead volume, lead quality, and the best possible return on investment.

    Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:

    50%- Analyzing and optimizing campaign performance across the portfolio of affiliates and home services programs. Synthesizing and manipulating data to uncover hidden trends that identify where improvements can be made. Managing budgets and building leads and sales forecasts.

    20%- Working closely with affiliates to ensure full transparency and gain a thorough understanding of their lead gen practices. Identifying actions that will improve lead quality and increase volume. Educating affiliates on Home Depot business objectives and processes, and ensuring their integrity to protect the Home Depot brand.

    15%- Discovering and evaluating new lead source opportunities, partnerships, and technologies, including occasional travel to industry-related trade shows.

    15%- Meeting with a contingent of internal stakeholders, including marketing, merchandising, contact centers, product managers, IT, analytics, and field leadership to continually learn a complex business and understand how your channel supports their needs. Preparing presentations and KPI dashboards that communicate channel health.

    Nature and Scope:
    This position reports to the Sr Manager of Online Marketing.
    This position has no direct reports.
