2nd Shift Wall Panel Supervisor
Description/Job Summary
As directed by management, coordinates and supervises the safe, timely and efficient activities of panel area.
Essential Functions:
- Understand how to perform every position in Panel Plant.
- Manage all aspects of panel manufacturing.
- Complete Quality Audits.
- Train department area associates.
- Continually reports down times and and any machinery issues to Production Manager.
Required Skills
- Able to read and write in their primary language.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
- Able to read or able to learn to read a shop drawing.
- Basic math skills
Required Experience
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training.
- 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- 2 years of experience building wall panels.
