**Job Summary**
The role will support the development, implementation and enhancement of learning & development, employee engagement, performance + rewards programs and diversity and inclusion initiatives across the PRC, working closely with the APAC Talent Management team
Responsible for local planning, oversight, coordination and implementation of AECOM’s various learning & development programs across local business lines
Assess professional development training needs for individuals and teams in consultation with business line leaders / department managers
Support the design and develop of internal leadership and professional development programs
Support the implementation of PRC initiatives related to AECOM’s global Employee Engagement Survey
Support AECOM’s Performance and Rewards process
Implement Career and Succession Planning initiatives
Manage the relationship with L&D third-party providers
Manage local content and LMS administration of AECOM University (internal LMS).
**Minimum Requirements**
Appropriate tertiary qualification in Business, HR, Psychology, Organizational Development or related disciplines
5-years’ professional experience in Talent Management or closely related role
Previous roles may include in order of suitability: Talent Management, Learning & Development (L&D), Organizational Development & Management Consulting, HR Generalist
Can lead, administer AND deliver professional learning and development programs across the PRC
Is motivated and committed to helping individuals grow and achieve their career potential
Can build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across business lines
Is comfortable working and supporting senior leaders
Can identify high-potential talent
Is collaborative by nature and works well with all types of people
Is able to work independently, manage deadlines and copes well with uncertainty and pressure
Is constantly open to learning from others and sharing their own learning
Experienced in operating in a complex, matrix organization
Experienced in supporting local and Talent Management and HR teams
Sound knowledge of contemporary learning & development, organizational development and change management methods
High-level English language skills.
