**Job Summary**

AECOM is seeking a Logistics Management Specialist that will provide logistics support to the AN/TPQ-36/37, AN/TPQ-50 and AN/TPQ-53 radar programs.

Essential Responsibilities:


2. Responsible for logistics documentation ensuring compliance with DOD 5000 and DOD/Army Acquisition and Logistics policies.

3. Preparing, coordinating and conducting ILSMT activities.

4. Coordinates all Material Release activities, including Urgent Material Releases (UMRs) to support initial fielding efforts. Participates in the MANPRINT and Logistics IPT.

5. Oversight of planning, scheduling, implementation and coordination of all Government Furnished Equipment (GFE).

6. Research, analyze problems, and determine logistics element(s) requirements with minimum supervision.

7. Perform customer interface with minimum supervision to define and report status of routine tasks.

8. Review reports, technical papers, drawings, specifications, procedures etc., and assist with test/evaluations and validations/verifications; provide comments and impacts.

9. Prepare routine draft correspondence (i.e., letters, memos and route sheets), design charts, spreadsheets, Gantt charts, and presentations, and prepare draft analytical reports and meeting minutes.

10. Assist with maintenance of logistics support planning, policy, procedure and similar documents.

11. Support logistics element(s) tasks.

12. May supervise and train entry-level personnel in the technical aspects of assigned work.

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

**Minimum Requirements**

Associate’s degree or technical diploma/degree in Engineering/Physical Science/Logistics, Business Administration or Management or related field with 12+ years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Physical Science/Logistics, Business Administration or Management with 4 years’ experience in preparing/editing DOD technical documents, supply, purchasing, provisioning, design, and reliability, availability and maintainability (RAM) analysis of complex mechanical and electronics systems/equipment. If no degree, must have a minimum of 12+ years’ of military logistics / fielding operations experience or related field.

Requires good communications skills, working knowledge of word processing and integrated software applications, organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required.

Position may require regular CONUS/OCONUS travel.

A Department of Defense (DoD) active SECRET security clearance is required.

Require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.

Position may require travel.

Position requires successfully passing a pre-employment drug screen and a government background check.

Good oral and written communication skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required.

Position requires strong analytical, interpersonal and project management skills. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
