Description: **Business Line** Environment

**Position Title** Environment Engineer/Scientist – Term Time Employment

New Zealand - Auckland

**Job Summary**

**Term-Time Employment - engineer your career around the kids**

AECOM is recognised as a leader on gender diversity and pay equity, and is already committed to flexible working practices across the organisation.

However, even with flexible working arrangements, AECOM understand that for many, caring for young children and balancing the demands of a career remains challenging, particularly around the school holidays.

In a first for our industry in Australia & New Zealand, AECOM is offering parents and careers of young children the opportunity to spend every school holiday with their families.

We hope to attract and retain talented people that may have previously stepped away from a career in engineering and construction due to a lack of flexibility, and further AECOM’s commitment to allowing more women to pursue careers in engineering.

**So how does it work?**

+ You will work full time during school term time, and will have every school holiday off.

+ Your salary will be pro-rated, based on your term-time hours. This means that you will receive a regular monthly salary all year.

**Closing date for applications by Thursday 30th November 2017.**
